On Friday June 24 2016 Joy was able to go to the temple for the first time. It was amazing being able to be her escort and watching her as she saw things for the first time. Cesar was there with her. Silvia and Jeremy were able to attend and support her as well as the lady who taught her temple prep class. It was a rushed day and I can not wait to go again with her and just let her sit and take it all in. It will be a wonderful time as she learns and finds the peace she so desperately needs.
